We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping Time: 4–8 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 5–11 business days (processing + shipping)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or high demand periods.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Drovalynx LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with proof (photos), and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
